Room with built in wardrobe and good sized. In a quiet area but very close to La Merced Uni and area with all the bars and nightlife near the centre. Flat has 4bedrooms but only 3people living in it (one Erasmus from Italy and I am a student originally from Melbourne, Australia).so that is an advantage and you only need pay for your room and not the whole house.The flat is very spacious, built in 1975 but in good condition with a new kitchen and if anything breaks the landlord will fix it pronto. If you want to have a nice time in Murcia living in a quiet flat with a good study environment (dinner parties and gatherings until around 1am are no problem if you clean up afterwards!) The water and community fees are included in the price (about 70Euros a month per flat normally) and so the Internet, gas and electricity and cleaning products we work out each month which when it is not cold anymore from Febuary onwards is not very expensive and probably less than 30Euros a month.
