Renting a lardge room in a flat, 10 meeters in front of the universiy of "La Merced" in the city center. Clear rooms, One living room, a dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a litle terrase. 

We are one guy from France, a other from Murcia and one spainish girl from a town near Murcia living together.

Posibilty of parking in the parc of the "Fama".

We always speaking spainish in the flat, but we understand english.

For a diversity mater and a good practice of the Spainish, we would prefer not leave with another French person.
