I rent rooms in a student flat situated in Avenida Don Juan de Borbón, It takes you 13min walking to reach La Merced University (the town center), and there are 1 bus stop 39C and tram that take you to Espinardo campus and malls.:)There are close to the flat too: banks, shops, pharmacy, centro salud..

ALL BILLS INCLUDED!!: INTERNET, GAS, LIGHT, WATER AND COMMUNITY BILLS and bed linen!!
The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet (1 of the bedrooms with bathroom ensuite). Big living room, kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, moka..et) and laundry with and interior terrace to dry your clothes.
