25 year old boy looking for an accommodation in Milan for 5 months

I am Zain Makhdumi, I have done Architecture and now coming for my masters from Politecnico di Milano School of Business. The course is Masters in Strategic Project Management. I am a humble, simple yet a social person, who loves to make new friends and a great enthusiast of sports. Cricket,Hockey and Football are my favourite sports along with regular running. I am currently looking for an accomodation thats doesnt need to be lavish. I want a simple room which I am ready to share with anyone from any nationality but considering I am an Asian I would prefer an Asian, a Pakistani or an Indian would be best. I can share it with a girl or a guy, I dont mind that either, if the room mate is of my age or younger than me, it would be of great pleasure. But the only thing i want is that the other person should respect and be friendly. secondly I dont want a big room, I need a bed or a mattress, a wardrobe and bath and more importnantly a Wifi. Rest I will manage. My range is not much. its around Euro 250-Euro 300, but I am ready to negotiate. The accomodation can be in the suburbs, I also dont have any issue with that, keeping in mind the great transportation network in Milan. I would need to sign a contract before coming to the place and my date of arrival in Milan would be somewhere in the 3rd week of september as my classes starts from 26th of September. I will make sure I dont give my landlord any chance of a complain.I hope I have pretty much clarified my personality and the type of accomodation and room mates which I need.
