Why did you choose to go to Milan, Italy?

because I'd like to continue education in university of milano (statale)

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

unfortunatelly still I couldn't use from scholarship.I'm new international student in master degree.It's first semester for me .On the other hand this year have changed lows about scholarship for international students!!

What is the student lifestyle like in Milan?

we can share beds or rooms with other students or befor searching rental home,we can find some friends as roommate after that with each other find suitable home.it's better & cheaper.for example we can pay (1000÷4=250€ for one home thst is 70m with 2 roomes)

Would you recommend the city and the University of Milan to other students?

It's important that all of student befor to go abroad,calculate about cost of ebery thing & then chose.all of university in milano is good.but you have to collect some information about scholarship & language in your course(english or ital

What is the food like?

a lot of kinds of pizaa & pasta & fast food.also risoto with another thing as stew that you can put on it!

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Milan?

I didn't use from accomodation(dorm).because without scholarship , it was expensive for me.every month 400-450€.butI saw some of thrm & all of them were comfertable & clean.

How much does it cost to live in Milan?

every month at least 250€for rent for 1bed . 36€ shipping cost .at least 100€ for food if you cook every day at home otherwise at least 150€ . every year at least 200€ for permesso & insurance . for rental home you have to pay at first aproximetly diploid(double) or treble (triple) of rental monthly as deposit(pledge).

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

It depends every body.If you learned befor ,so you will understand .

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Milan from your city?

for intercity trips it's better you use from train .in fact , taxi is expensive .anyway it depends your situation money. for in town it's 20€ .but train is 1/5€ .

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Milan?

I arri ed to milan 4 month ago & unti now I was doing some thing for serach home , about lessons & univerity, edit some documents . I was so busy & O couln't visit well .you can search on sites.there are alot of informations.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Milan?

There are alotof good restaurants.It's difficult for me.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

unfortunatelly I don't know.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Milan in the future?

It's very important that if you want study english , despite of it , you know italin language for living ...
