A bright and recently redecorated first floor flat needs one more English speaker - girl or boy - from 1st February onwards.  Bedrooms have individual locks.  Well equipped kitchen and bathroom/shower, comfortable sitting room/diner, electric heating and air-conditioning. Bedding is included. Only 2 minutes from UC3.  One month's deposit required at start of stay. "Invoices" include electricity, gas and water.  Internet is available at a further 15 euros per month.
