we offer a very luminosity 10sm flat room with an open view on a park. The apartment is well furnitured and clean. It is equipped with a big wardrope, a bed, large tabel and central hearing. It is in Calle Castuera second floor. The fee is per month 320€ plus one month deposit.

We are French, german and spanisch shared apartment. Two are working and on is student.

The kitchen has all you need (gas stove, oven, washing mashine, ironing board, etc), and the livin room is pretty big with a TV, telephone with flate-tariff, also wifi. Everything inluded in the expenses.

It is pretty good connected to the city centre with Metro and Renfe station (Laguna) right on the other side of the park, 20 minutes from Opera. Cuidad Universitaria is just 5 stations away. There are also buses to Plaza Espana and a night bus. There are also public sport facilites, baths included, just 10 minutes away.
