There is one bedroom available in that nice attic flat, the apartment has a lot of luminosity and is well and modern furnitured, the living room is very agreable and confortable and there is internet wifi.

The location is Calle Cullera, 16 close to metro station Laguna and also cercanias Laguna, well conected to all Madrid just 4 metro Stops till Ciudad Universitaria and other universities.

In the area there are all kind of services like supermarkets, pharmacys, restaurants, shops, cibers, bakery, public library , food market etc.

There is also a big sport complex very close with Tennis, paddle, 2 olimpic swiming pools, basket and all kind of indoor sports like Aerobic, dance, Thaichi also a big park for runners. ideal for practice sport.

For the roomates Is important to create a good atmosphere in the apartment with respect to everyone and have the place clean and agreable to live.So we are looking for a positve and clean person to share the apartment.

The price of the bedroom

3 months is 900 Euros with all extras included, ( water, gas, light, inet, comunity), plus 100 euros key deposit. That means 300 euros per month plus a deposit of 100, total 1000 euros for 3 months. then you can stay longer the time you need.
