The room is going to a patio but bright at day specially at morning and midday time. Currently there are living three sympatic girls and a boy. They all speak spanish, german and english. The additional costs are 55 euro  The bills include water, electricity, gas, administration fees for the building, interner wireless flatrate. The deposit is the amount of one month. Rent for the normal size rooms is 420.Till May the heating costs are 19 euro. The big one (19 sm) costs 450 and there will be also a double room for one person be available (very big, with own balcony and nice decorated) for 500 plus bills. Tell us in which one you are interested.The flat is big and spacious besides the Park.Nice fresh and clean air.  Great for jogging, doing sports or go for a walk. The room has high ceilings, and is completly furnished but if you want to add some furniture there is no problem. We will have some free rooms.The location of the flat is very good. in front of the house you will find buses to the city centre so you can be in 5 minutes at the hot spots from Madrid like Gran Via, etc. Next Metro station is called ibiza. The district is one of the savest in Madrid and you have got all quiete close like supermarkets, fresh fruit markets, health care center, shops, restaurants and bars. Very Important: minimum stay is 5 month. We are looking for responsable clean people who takes care of our nice and careful decorated flat. If you can not come around personally to see the flat there is the possibility to reserve it (with deposit).
