Customer Service German and English

Our client is a multinational company who's looking for someone with a native level of German and fluent in English with passion for customer service to join the team. This role is a sales and technical support position within a technical environment, handling sales and general technical issues. The Customer Support will know the importance of excellent customer service.
 
Profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
- Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests;
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment;
- Permission to work in Portugal;
- Immediate availability;
- Flexibility to rotate timetables 24/7.
