Our client is a worldwide leader in multichannel customer experience, currently looking for:

CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANTS – Fluent in German (m/f)

Lisbon – Portugal

In a contact center environment, the candidates will be responsible for customer service by answering queries and to provide an accurate follow up to customers of a multinational telecommunications operator.

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Minimum Qualifications of 12thgrade;

• Excellent Fluency in written and spoken German (mandatory);

• Good communication skills;

• Team player and willing to join a multicultural workplace;
• Proactivity and autonomy;
• Organized and able to multitask;

• Customer oriented.
