Two Erasmus students (boy & girl) are looking for a accommodation in Lisbon, near ISCSP of UL

Hi,
there's two of us, looking for a accommodation not far from Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas (which is on Rua Almerindo Lessa). Preferably two bedrooms. Our budget is around 300euros/month for each of us, including energy bills. We need the apartment to be fully furnished and with equipped kitchen. Having a washing machine is a plus. We'd like to move into the apartment by the end of August and move out by the end of February.
Sharing the apartment with other people is an option as well as being just on our own.
