architecture student looking for a room!

Hi there!
I am erasmus student from Poland! I mean future student, because I'm starting 15th of February ;) but I am already looking for an accomodation. I am going to study on Lusofona at Campo Grande, so the perfect localization is everywhere close to this place or close to the metro station (I mean even Alfama, but still metro station most important). The thing is that I'm coming alone, BUT my boyfriend will for sure come to visit me and we think he would like to stay for longer.. like one month for example. This is why I am thinking about double bedroom. But because most of time I'm gonna be alone, price to 300 euros is totally max for me :( I like pets, don't smoke and .. the less people the better, because I am very calm person. Is it too much? :D well for sure I can go for some compromises! Any proposals?
