Monthly, each room with king size bed is monthly is 350€ (1 person) and 400€ (2 persons) with all expenses included: water, gas, power, internet wi-fi 100Mg, cable tv, phone, cleaning service, housekeeping, cleaning products, common higiene items). 

The room with 2 single beds is 325€ (single) and 400€ (double). 

For short periods and according with the avaiability of the rooms is 20€day/100€ week. 

All rooms are equiped with: king size bed, single bed or bunk; bed linen pillows and towels; desk, chair, lamp, tv, closet and dresser. There is a common wireless printer, iron and also a hair dryer. The kitchen and living room are full equiped!

Located just outside Arroios metro exit, in a safe, central and multicultural area, with all transports day and night (night bus stop outside the flat and bus to the beach 15m walking away or 2 stops away by metro) and everything you need to survive in 50m range: dry cleaner, drug store, grocerys, supermarkets, police station, hospital, stacionary, post office, restaurants, gym, bakery (open all night), public swimming pool, tele pizza, banks, market, all kind of stores, etc.

Walking distances: Alameda (7m) Saldanha (10m) S. Sebastiao (15m) Baixa (30m) Marques Pombal (20m).
