Why did you choose to go to Lisbon, Portugal?

Honestly, it was a random choice. I have decided to come here with my friend. We made a compromise, as I wanted to go to an english or french speaking country, while my friend was looking for spots in Italy. So we wondered "What about Portugal?" And the answer was "Okay, we're going there."

Crazy combinations, but really good.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available in the University?

The language is latin, so for other latin speaking people is easy enough to be able to order food or beer from a restaurant in the first days of being here. Yes, there are language courses available, but I had to pay for them. I learnt more from the people in here, than from the course.

Ponto Final, even though it's in Almada. I hope it counts.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Belem it's my favorite so far.
