Looking for a studio (at least 27 sq meters) in Leuven or Heverlee

Hi all,
I'm Sue and am looking for a studio to rent from this academic year. An ideal studio for me would be something with an attached kitchenette and toilet with douche, with a sleeping area. It would be great if the place is furnished with all bills included. However, I may also be interested in studios without furnishings. I'm essentially in the look-out for a space which is at least 27 square metres or more. Please contact me if you have something on offer or might know of such a place.
