Indian Female PhD student looking for accommodation near KU Leuven

Hi,
I will be starting my PhD from KU Leuven in August 2016 and currently looking for a studio near the university. The budget is around 400-500 Euro. I m not aware of the contracts details or formalities being practiced in Belgium. Please mention all the details if you have any vacancy. I want to stay for a longer duration, so won't hesitate to sign a contract for a year if the place is nice.
