2 students from spain looking for two different bedrooms in leuven

We are 2 students from Madrid, Spain going the 29 th of january to study until the 4 th of may. The university where we will be it's called college university. We are funny responsable and tidy people. We are looking for single bedrooms or studios for a good price ( 300/350 per month) and if it's possible close from where we will be studying . Also if it's possible we will like a bedroom/studio that has a mattress already.
