Available room in Leiden

Hi there! My roommates and me have finished already our year in Leiden and we are looking for people to take our rooms and our stuff. We still have one room available.

Is a four bedroom house with three floors, the house is located in the street Nieuwsteeg, just next to Law Faculty and Rapenburg, in the very city center. It has space for park the bikes, a full bathroom (with washing machine and dryer machine) and a separate toilet, full equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwaser, dinning table and pantrey. The room is 14 metres and is really comfortable and it has a lot of light te whole day, like most of the rooms in Leiden, it comes unfurnitured but since we have our stuff here, we decided  that we'll sell our furniture to the new tenants for a reasonable price, so is easier for everyone. We are also leaving all the stuff that we bought for the kitchen and the bathroom here.

The room is 413 euro, bills included, two months of deposit. Preferabily for a boy and also somebody that could come and see the house as soon as possible. If interested, you can send me a pm and come, we'll provide tea and biscuits!

Hi Desirée! I'm Thomas from France,

I would be very interested to visit the house so as to rent a room!

I'm a French guy (22 years old), starting a four-year PhD in History in Leiden University, and I'm looking for a flat sharing in the city. I'm funny, easy-going and quiet. I speak French, English, Spanish and a bit of Portuguese and Italian. Besides my studies I'm fond of Latin America, and I enjoy cooking and practising sport (soccer and cycling mainly) as well.

I'll be staying in Leiden until Thusday, would you like to make me visit the house tomorrow (Tuesday) or Wednesday and Thursday ?

Hiya Desirée!

Im Abhishek from Birmingham, UK. I am going to start my masters in International Relations for a full academic year. I would absolutely love a room in the house as it matches all my preferences. Unfortunately, I am still in the UK, so I wont be able to view the room but I am a trusting kind of guy so I'm sure everything is in order :). I have already done 1 year of erasmus exchange in The Hague and abslutely loved it so I have some good experiences of The Netherlands behind me. In The Hague I shared my house with French, German, Korean, Australian and American people so I get along well with people from all backgrounds. Also sometimes if I'm feeling generous I also cook delicious meals for my housemates!

I will be arriving in Leiden on the 15th of August but i am open to do any transactions as and when you are leaving.
