Hi! my name is Himar and i'm a spanish architecture student. I'm looking for a flatmate non smoker, preferably erasmus who speak english or german who are looking to stay for 5 - 6 months.
Flat located in calle puerto rico. Central location - 2 minutes from the beach, supermarkets, bus stops, etc.
4 bedroomed flat with 2 bathrooms to share between 3 people. all of the rooms are exterior and fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, etc. Wifi connection, cable tv, telephone, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, mircowave, toaster - everything you need.
The price is 260euros per month with everything included (electricity, water, telephone, internet, etc)

Hi everybody! I'm Francesca from Italy and I'll be in Las Palmas starting from Feb 'till June.. I know it's quite early to start looking for a room or something... so I just would like to have some info/tip/advice... what I mean is: How is it? I really can't wait to get there so I would be gratefull if anyone who is currently in Las Palmas would share anything with me!

This place is boiling of parties and people to meet with. You will have a good time for sure. The main ploblem is that this isle seems to be part of italy at nigths because there are a lot of italians xD

Too many Italians is not too good but maybe it would be helpful at first! I study economics so I think I'll be going to class in the Tafira campus, is the flat where you live in that area??

Hello everybody! This is Carlos, from Las Palmas. I already had my Erasmus year and it was amazing, I highly recommend it to all of you, you won't regret it. I really miss the experience, and I'm looking forward to helping all of you for whatever thing you might need. I speak fluent English and Italian, as well as Spanish, of course, so don't hesitate to contact me if you're in need!

Ciao a tutti! Mi chiamo Carlos e abito a Catania. Io ho già fatto l'Erasmus qualche anno fa ed è stato bellissimo, ve lo raccomando sinceramente, non ve ne pentirete. Mi manca veramente l'esperienza, e perciò vi aiuterò volentieri se avete bisogno di qualsiasi cosa. Parlo abbastanza bene l'inglese e l'italiano (anche il catanese, se siete siciliani :D), nonchè lo spagnolo, ovviamente, quindi non esitate e contattatemi se vi serve qualcosa!
