Hi! Two rooms (one single-10 m2, one double-20m2) in a spacious, student apartment for rent from a first-year Jagielonnian University female student. The apartment is located in the centre of Kazimierz in one of the most famous antique tenement houses in Krakow, just a 10 minutes walk from the main market square.

Renovation has been made recently therefore there are new windows and fully equipped kitchen. The rooms, which I'm planning to rent are perfect for 2 people, there’s a separate entrance but the rooms are connected. Ideal as two separate bedrooms, or a bedroom and study room (layout of the apartment as seen above). If the tenats prefer furnished bedroom i will do this for them.

I'm looking for nice, sociable students as a tenants. The price is all together 300 Euro for both rooms. Bills for electricity and water are approximately 75 Euro in winter and 15 Euro in the summer/spring, wireless internet included. If you would like to rent just one room, the bigger bedroom costs 190 Euro and the smaller one is 120 Euro.
