I look for second person to house. It is a very nice house ,second floor, has balcony, fuly furnished (has internet and air-conditioner), there are three rooms, one of them is living room.(2+1 house). It is 5 munites to Yasar Univ. and Bolge Metro station (subway) by foot and 10 munites to Ege Univ. There are a lot of supermarkets around house. U can arrive to Alsancak(city centre) in 15-20 munites by bus. if u are interested, u can send a massage, i can give more info or can send photos of the house.
