Hi all,



I have 1 free room in my fully furnished home. I am looking for a housemate especially , it would be great if i find an Erasmus friend. The house is Fully furnished (carpets, TV, PC, washing machine, dish washer, heaters, air conditioners, refrigerator, even hair dryer and goes on...) and good quality.Very close to Ege University just 10minutes by walking. Btw home is at the heart of Izmir. There is a cable TV in addition wireless Internet connection which is included monthly prrice.



I am a male junior year mechanical engineering student who lives alone and looking for someone male/female to share my house (1 room) for 150€ monthly even I pay around 800TL which equals to 400€. If you are 2 people ,I can make the price 125€ per 1. I mean its really discounted (cuz money is not the first priority for me ). Last year I had an German housemate who also came with Erasmus program and we had so much fun.On the other hand, I attended LSE (London) and visited all of European countries. I mean I am pretty used to diverse environments.I am a tidy person but not boring and also know how to have fun.



As a social, I am a Real party man who knows also his responsibilities. Also I am in the surf club and a professional windsurfer. We go to surfing on the weekends so I can invite you entertaining programs.

Rooms of fully furnished house are avaliable for Erasmus students, located in Alsancak-City Centrum and it is quite near the sea. And the rent i ask is 200 € which includes all the bills ; )
