hi all,
i live with my friend and with my girl friend she was also polish erasmus student ,we are thinking to rent one room of our flat,the room is big also two people can stay this room,rent is 150 euro if you are two person totaly 250 euro all bills include,there are 2 bed and wardrobe in room,flat is furnished,just u can take your suitcase,
flat is in hasanpasa/kadikoy,it is very closed to metrobus,you can go everwhere with metrobus in istanbul.yeditepe unv 20 minutes,marmara univercity 10 minutes with bus,dogus unv also 10 minutes walking distance,if you study in europa site u can use ferry and u can go to besiktas,emino

home is small but cute. big markets, bank, subway, cinema, metrobus, all your needs is only 5 minutes walking away. And very big balcony for barbekus or paint other hobies etc. ESENLER SUBWAY station is 4 min walking distance
spanish persons or speaking spanish is always my first choise but english or french is good too. apartment house is really cheap and safe. male or female dosnt important. by the way, i am christian-protestant and open-mind,

hey guys I am living in 4.Levent with other students, it is some central of Istanbul close the Taksim and it is also not so far for many university (ITU, YTU, BOĞAZİÇİ UNIVERSITY, BAHÇEŞEHİR UNIVERSITY... ) and the other thing for BOGAZİÇİ erasmsu students my flatmate is studing boğaziçi uni. too and he had a car I mean usually you can go university by car :) it is really good adventage for students :)

Hi,
I am going to study at Marmara University from 17 Sept. 2012 so i need to rent a shared apartment in Uskudar or Kadikoy. The money i can efford is around 400-500 TL. My flatmates should be open-minded students and I think i am easy-going, have good level of english language but i am not good at turkish language yet. First of all welcome to istanbul.I am Ridvan 25 years old, living in Istanbul.. I am studying in Mimar Sinan fine arts university, at city planing department. I hope it will be great experience for you. In fact it is on your hands. If you get oppurtinities you can have good time period.my flat is located at the ÇAPA-ŞEHREMİNİ(close to TAKSİM,SULTANAHMET BEŞİKTAŞ MECİDİYEKÖY).
***2 ROOMS are BIG.the other room is normal not big not small..:)
***THE first big ROOM HAS TWO SINGLE BEDS, I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THIS ROOM TO TWO FRIENDS WHO CAN SHARE THE ROOM OR A COUPLE TOO.
***The price of room as single is 700 tl, if two friends want to share the room, the price is 400 tl per person.The second big room has double bed 600 tl.the last room that smaller one is 500 tl..These price is with all bills included (electricity + water + gas system (kombi) +digital TV+ unlimited wireless internet + house management).
The house is just 10 minutes away from tram,bus,yellow car.. where pretty much is going on. Flat is big and has 3 bedrooms and a living room. You can use kitchen it has full equipments.ı live alone now but ı will take somebody like u.. I think You never be bother and get bored. Because we have a friendly atmosphere in the house.
