Erasmus Year in Grenoble

I went on erasmus in Grenoble in 2014/15 and lived there for 11 months. Its a beautiful city that's full of students, with its 5-6 universities. Grenoble isn't a huge city, its very easy to get around with trams, bus, rental metro velo bikes or on foot. There are excellent amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars, sports, parks an ice rink etc. Grenoble is nestled in the Alps so expect beautiful views all around, especially when snow has fallen on the mountains. I had the best year ever, I met loads of erasmus friends there and made good use of the universitie's sports clubs and trips, especially skiing. I recommend Grenoble 10/10.
