Yes

What is the food like?

Really good, you can choose between French food (seafood, crepes, ...) and specialities from different countries

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Grenoble?

No

How much does it cost to live in Grenoble?

180 Euros for the rent, but I think that was one of the cheapest option
Apart from that I spent more money than living in Germany, because the food was a little bit more expensive, I went skiing more often and did other activities
The transport system was very cheap and good

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes it is, you can follow the courses in French as a foreigner
There were lots of language courses for all kind of levels available

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Grenoble from your city?

I think by car, because by train it takes the same time and you have to change the train some times. By plane you have to go via Lyon which takes also a lot of time

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Grenoble?

MC2, La Bobine, Subway, London Pub

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Grenoble?

Au Bureau, Flam's, La Fondue, Häagen Dazs

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

The national parks around Grenoble
La Bastille

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Grenoble in the future?

Join Integre and go to their weekends, there you can enjoy the landscape where you wouldn't go by your own
