I'm offering my beautiful room in a shared apartment near the Karl-Franzens-University Graz for the period from January to July 2012.

The 16 qm room is completely furnished (the furniture was bought 3 months ago!) and is located in one of the best districts of Graz - Geidorf.
I would recommend it equally for Technical University of Graz and Karl-Franzens-University Graz exchange students. It's a 5 minute walk to the KFU Graz main building, 20 minutes to the TU Graz, 15 minutes into the city centre, and 5 minutes to the recreation area Leechwald. Also the State Hospital Graz is right next to the flat.
You can also easily reach the following public transport lines: tram: 1, 7; bus: 41

You would share the flat with two room mates, studying law and civil engineering.
shared use: bathroom, toilet, entrance room, dining room, kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, balcony

the flat is located in the green parking zone (one month ticket: 34 €).

The prize for the room is 350 € (heating, internet, utility bill, TV inclusive!), the deposit would be 960 €.
