Why did you choose to go to Granada, Spain?

Granada is the perfect town for Erasmus - it's beautiful, full of international students, interesting, big enough to be diverse but also small enough to make you feel at home.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My scholarship was for 5 months and it definitely covered all my costs. The rent in Granada is cheap (room in a shared flat with 2 additional flatmates was about 170 euro per month), and the cost of living as well.

What is the student lifestyle like in Granada?

Great! Colorful, interesting, lots of parties, lots of people from all around, many languages and just fun!

It was pretty easy.

Around 400-500 euros a month for a really good living.

Spanish is easy, the Andalucian accent is tough though. But there are Spanish courses for Erasmus students, and the teachers in university normally are very accommodating for the foreign students.

Flight to Barcelona or Madrid and bus from there.
