erasmus goteborg Italian student looking for an accomodation

I'm a student in Business and Finance from  Università degli Studi di Firenze, and from 25/08/2015 till 17/01/2016 I'll attend lessons, as Erasmus student, at School of Business, Economics and Law of Goteborg. My name is Leonardo Lazzeri, I'm 21 years old, and I'll do the courses of my third year of my bachelor degree in Business and Finance. I'm looking for an accommodation not far from the University in Vasagatan 1, where I can stay during my Swedish study period. Despite I've signed in with university and also with other accommodation site, as SGS, today I have not yet succeeded in my research. I'm a quiet boy, not smoker  and friendly. I need some information about your room, facility and so on, what is included in the rent?. could you answer me?
