Looking for a Kot in the First Semester

Hi, I'm David, an Spanish student and I will be studying next semester at UGent from September 2015 to January 2016 inclusive. I'm studying Industrial Engineering so I would like to find a place near Faculty of Engineering and Architecture ( 20 min walk approx.). I wouldn't mind to share the flat so both private and shared places are welcome but 450€ maximum all included. I'm a clean, serious person desiring to socialize. Thank you in advance.
