28 year old male, attending school as a foreign exchange student in Ghent.

I am searching for rooms for rent between September 11 and January 4. I will be studying International Business at Artevelde University as a foreign exchange student and will need a accommodation at this time. I am looking for something between 300 - 450 euros. I am an extremely clean guy who likes to have fun. I also respect others around me. I like nice things so I hope not to find a dirty apartment. Hopefully I can meet some awesome people to be my roommate. :)
