Erasmus Genova online application form

Hi :)

Can anyone tell me please where I can find the online application form for a.y. 2015/2016? Thank you :)

Hey there! :-)

I was looking for it also, because I have already been officially nominated by my home institution. But I haven't received any e-mails from the University of Genova, so I wrote them. I sent my e-mail to 2 different adresses and I got an answer from one of them, but it was about the accomodations. They said that everything else - courses, deadlines, contracts - will be in the other e-mail, from the other office. I'm still waiting, maybe it's not ready yet.

Can you tell me more about the accommodation... Did they helped you to find one or what? Because I'm still waiting for the application form and haven't started searching for accommodation so I'm kind of worried :/

I guess that the online application form does not exist yet for the academic year 2015/2016.

and I do not think you have to worry, because the deadline is 15th of september 2015. (For the first semester. See also link below)

(i Also hope that they just hurry up a little bit, because it is more relaxed when you know you can definitely come;)

Dear Trayana!

They gave me some tips, but they highlighted that there is no guarantee, that they will find the accomodation for me. So it was not a big help :-D I got some links, but I'm still looking for a flat to share with others.

In fact, I join couple of groups for accommodation in Genoa and there usually came up new entries, so I think no one will be forced to live on the street :D Try to find them on fb... I think you can find them useful ( both Rèka and Nynke)

does anyone know if we have to attach a learning agreement to the online application form?

Hallo Francesca,

normalerweise musst du ja nicht dein Learning Agreement zusammen schicken da es eigentlich für deine Uni in DE ist (die ersten drei Seiten!). Die Seite 4 musst du während deiner Aufenthalt in Italien ausfüllen und die anderen seiten sollen dann abgegeben werden wenn du schon zurück bist. Aber wichtig ist zu beachten - wenn du wie ich an dem Sprachkurs teilnehmen möchtest, dann musst du nach seinem Abschluss auch ne Bestätigung an deiner Uni schicken (vermutlich scan)

Ich weiß nicht ob du schon die Antwort bekommen hab (Acceptance letter) aber mein Tipp ist es - einfach da anrufen und direkt fragen, alle sprechen englisch und so geht alles schneller. Ich mache das immer wenn ich irgendwelche Fragen hab.

Hey Trayana,

 actually thre is really no garantee that they will find you an accomondation but the best way is to search on the local sites (not extra for the erasmus students).
