Hey, I know for a SINGLE ROOM in a small apartement, near PIAZZA BECCARIA, 10 minutes walking from the DUOMO. The apartement has 2 single rooms, big bathroom with bathtub, nice kitchen and laundry machine. 350 EUROS, including the bills. There is already a male student in the first room.
