Looking for a one bedroom appartment

Hello, I am a civil engineer and i just moved To Budapest to do a Msc degree in BME university (3 semesters) so i am looking for a nice appartment where i can stay the whole studying period. I prefer to live alone in a one bedroom appartment in a quiet place . I'd rather prefer Districs I , II , V , VI , VII , IX , XIII but not the VIII .
