BME: 20 mins: metro & tram
Kodolányi 20 mins: metro
CEU: 25 mins: metro
AIRPORT: 40mins with bus & metro! 

Your room would be fully funished: wardrobe, bedsheet, chairs and so on. The kitchen, bathroom the same, iron, huge fridge, washing machine and all the utensils are there.
