Well, on the one hand, the flat is situated in  the eighth district, in Corvin Setany to be precise, which is a really new place of the city,very quite and safe. But the great advantage of living here is that it is really well connected with the rest of the city since there is a metro station near of the flat(Corvin negyed,M3) and there are also a lot of buses and a tram near.

Futhermore, in Corvin there are a lot of small shops,as well, including a shop which is 20 meters from the building doorway and it opens night and day, which is really useful, and there is also a big mall where you can buy whatever you need. 

On the other hand, the flat is completely new  and furnished.Well if someone is interested I can send some pics of the flat.

To sum up, I know that the final price of the flat can seem a bit high for Budapest since I thought the same  but once you see it for the fist time you realise why it cost what it cost because the flat it is well-above the average.
