One room is available in a three room apartment 5 minutes walk from Astoria. Flat is on the 3rd (top) floor, there is an elevator too. The room is around 30 square meters, it is fully furnished and it has a balcony too.

Neighbourhood is full of supermarkets, groceries and pubs, you can get to the famous ruin bars of the 7th district in 5 minutes by walk. If you go further for a party, night transportation is also very good. Astoria metro line no2, Kalvin ter metro line no3 and Rakoczi ter tram no4-6 station is within 5 mins by walk. T

here is wifi also in the flat. Monthly cost of the room is 220 euros which excludes the utilities. Deposit is 150 euros.
