Outside Promoter for Hard Rock Cafe Brussels

Hard Rock Cafe Brussels is searching for an enthusiastic and motivated member to join our Street Team for 1 to 2 months as summer contract. The hours are flexible! 

For those that have a passion for music and a desire to provide authentic experiences that rock, this may be the gig for you!

The Outside Promoter is responsible for representing the company to guests and potential guests in order to increase awareness, project a positive brand image, generate excitement with the effect of increased sales opportunities and increased loyalty.

 TheOutside Promoter will be responsible for: 

*Providing information on promoted products/services

*Creating a positive image and driving consumers to visit the cafe

*Distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities

The Outside Promoter must present a friendly and energetic image to further the overall theme of the cafe. The Outside Promoter is the face of the cafe outside of our building, acting as Ambassadors on the streets and must work independently at targeted areas on the streets to drive visitors to the cafe. Street Team member maintain and understand general venue and company knowledge, including upcoming events, company initiatives, hours of operation and Philanthropic initiatives. 

 Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to perform duties which require bending & reaching
• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance ("having a plan")
• Follow all uniform guidelines
• Practice all general safety & sanitation standards
• Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
• Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Display a positive, energetic, and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests
• Maintaining HRC's 5 core Values and Mission Statement
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions including hot and cold climates
• Maintain minimum redemption rate on distribution material as determined by management
