Objective:   To contribute to the smooth operation of the Marketing & Sales department, develop professional attitude and obtain an extensive knowledge in the field of Product Notification and Registration to national EU Authorities.

Job summary:  The Marketing Intern would be part of Obelis Marketing Department, which aims at providing professional, prompt and outstanding support and follow-up on Obelis potential clientele from all over the world; Therefore, s/he will gain professional skills in business, negotiation, communication, marketing & sales strategies, software database management alongside professional experiences in regulatory affairs & product conformity procedures in the EU Market.

Main activities awaiting you:

• Arranging department files electronically as well as uploading documents to shared software database and Potential Client Management system.
• Actively supporting department activities towards international events and exhibitions;
• Conduct marketing research on industry segments to generate new leads;
• Supporting Sales team on the prospecting project (generating leads);
• Create marketing materials & launch online marketing campaigns;
• Promote Obelis and its services through various marketing tools;
• Administration ofpotential client accounts and documents
• Statistics & KPIs;

Apply if you:

• Are under graduate or Obtained a BA/MA/ degree preferably in Sales and Marketing field 
• Are fluent in English (written & oral); Any other languages are always a plus (Preference to one of the national languages of Belgium);
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office;
• Have strong communications & presentation skills;
• Strong  administration and organization skills;
• Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking skills;
• Are able to work effectively within a team and assume common responsibilities;
• Are keen to contribute with creative ideas & concepts;
• Are energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude;
• Keen on learning and gaining real work experience;
• Able to take own initiatives and responsibilities;

Obelis’ Terms & conditions:

Location: Brussels, Belgium;

Period: 3 to 12-months, full-time;
