Beer is the answer
Moeder Lambic has been a beer bar for 25 years now. Since 2006, it has been increasingly devoted to craft beers and lambics in particular. Forget about tourists places, like Delirium in the center, here they won't serve you Jupilers: this is the place to be for serious beer geeks in Brussels.
Nota bene, they have a newer separate location in the city center as well, but is only a shadow of this one in Saint Gilles.. Don't go there.
