Just Great! Good location for traveling, specialy with ryaniar! :) It not so much rainy, its just a cold from december till february. Life is not so expensive, you can find some very cheap clubs.. like Casey (beer, vodka and tequila are 90cents)!!! :) Transportation in Bratislava is good organized (about 30 euros for 3 months ticket), but at night few buses every 1 hours (this 3 montsh ticket is not valid in night buses, and take care of controllers), at night is recomended to go by taxi, minimal price is 3 - 3.5eur and 1km is about 50 - 60 cents (if you order a taxi on the phone), never stop a taxi on the street, it will be double more expensive!!!!! :) Parties, as I said, the best are in Casey (on Tuesday), Charlie, Trafo, Dopler (near dormitory 'Ekonom', at the same street where is bus stop 'Miletičova'), RIO (its litle bit expensive, but its nice to go sometimes!) you can also go to Channels, they work until 6h (i think..), but I didnt like this 'club'... super markets are similiar with prices, but I liked the most to buy things in Tesco. If you are bored, the best idea is to go in shopping malls: Eurovea (its very near to 'Ekonom), Aupark and Avion.. The best dormitory is Ekonom. Its the latest dorm in Bratislava. Price of 1 month there is about 70 euros... Good places for a walk are Old Town, Castle and around Eurovea.. There are not so many people who speaks English, sometimes it can be a problem, but its not so important :)

If you want to go to Vienna by Train, return ticket is about 12 euros.. ticket to Budapest and Prague are also not expensive..

So, I recomend you to apply for Erasmus in Bratislava (University of Economics), you will have a great time and great life expirience!!
