Spanish guy looking for a home close to Friedrichshain

Hi!
My name is Daniel and I’m 20. I am from Spain and I am starting a music degree in Berlin this year.
About me, I can say that I am really friendly, tolerant, tidy and clean. I love listening to music, going out with friends, doing sport and having interesting conversations with some good beers or wine. I spend so much time at home, that's why I think is really important to maintain it as good as possible. This also includes being kind, polite and respectful with the people you are sharing. Otherwise, life would be really uncomfortable.
I have already lived sharing a flat with so many different people, so I am aware of all the house tasks and I have experience in living with people who are not my family.
Moreover, I can speak English with fluency and I’m always up to learn new languages.  My college is at Friedrichshain, so I am looking for something close to it. Guaranteed and demonstrable economic solvency.
