I am a 39 year old with a wife and two daughters 19 and 7. I also hope to have an au pair once in Berlin to take care of the girls. I would love to have a 3 bed room apartment with their bathrooms each or worst 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with an inbuilt wardrobe is an advantage. A rent with utilities included will appeal to us better.
