Hello. We are renting a big room with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves and table on a quiet street but still in the heart of GRACIA. The room has a small balcony which allows a lot of daylight to come through. We are two girls and a guy from different countries (26-31yrs old) and we all work. The flat is completely furnished and it´s close to GRACIA ferrocarril and FONTANA metro station.  The room is available now.
