PhD scholar looking for one month accommodation in Athens during June 2015

As a PhD research scholar, coming to Athens for a period of one month (june 8-30) for research data collection and other academic work. The place should have basic facilities like kitchen, washing machine, microwave and other essential appliances etc. will pay once reach otherwise let me know the process of agreement for the period.
