35 year old- non student expat looking for roommates

I am a 35 years old female expat living in Greece. I'd like to rent a nice house, furnished, spacy, newly renovated and with view if possible and these kind of flats usually come with a higher price as one can guess. So I am looking for a female flatmate to share the rent and enjoy a nice living space. I am clean, like to have fun as well as working... 

I have already found some good houses and considering a minimum 1 year stay.
