ALL INCLUSIVE!!! The apartment is located in a very safe residential area. It has 3 rooms (each 16-17 m2), kitchen, bath, 2 balconies (one with morning sun, the other sun in the afternoon). There is a spacious entrance hall which is used by all tenants as a meeting point and to watch TV. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need to spend a few month away from home (fridge, TV, cooker, coffee-machine, towels, bed-linen etc.) Of course there is wireless internet and a telephone as well where you can receive calls. The rent is  240 Euro plus 40 Euro expenses (internet, electricity, water etc.). The apartment will be free as from February 2012.
