Acomodation - BAD CHOICE
VERY complicated owner:
you shouldn't take a shower everyday;
you shouldn't wash dishes with hot water;
you have conditioner air but spend a lot of energy ... and the item "bills are included" is false ... you will never see again your bail
The house is cute but has many problems of infrastructures ... so ... be careful ... humidity, infiltrations ... the owner will try to suck you the maximum money

Hey! I live in Greece and this is a greek fact! In every flat you will not be able to wash the dishes with hot water or to open the air conditioner. :( Bills are really expensive, so maybe you should have been more informed.
So, I'm not be able to take shower everyday? Come on ...
The owner should explain, in details, the correct information ...
