Hello everyone,

I am looking for one male/female flatmate. I am currently living alone in a big, 4 bedroom flat which is only few steps to bus stop, from where you can find public transportation to almost everywhere very very simply.It takes maximum 15mins to reach to city center and there are busses until midnight, furthermore it costs only 20liras(8euros) to reach home by taxi from city center, for 24 hours.

I am working from 8am to 6pm therefore I am not very outgoing in the week-days but on the weekends I like spending time out with friends, partying and cooking. I was an Erasmus student in France couple of years ago and I studied master in finance in the UK last year.

My flat is fully and newly furnished. I bought all the stuff 4months ago, when I moved to Ankara first time. I have cable TV with channels in many languages, unlimited wifi internet etc. The room that I am renting out is around 15squaremeters(I guess). It is furnished with a single bed with beddings and stuff, a small bedstand, and a small cupboard. I may also buy a desk if needed.

The most important thing to consider about me is that I am too tidy and love keeping my home clean, so I would love to have a flat-mate who has similar personality as I do.
