It´s within walking distance of Tunali and the Kuglu Park bus stop (5 mins), the Bilkent University bus stop on Güven Park (7 mins), Kizilay and the metro (3 mins), There are bars, restaurants, shops, and whatever else you might need right nearby, including famous cafe bars. cinema,theater at walking distance. It´s also next door to a big private hospital. It´s a quiet, safe, and clean area, and the apartment is on the fourth floor. There is an elevator in the building.
The apartment is big and has three bedrooms with beds, two regular toilets, one bathroom, a big living/dining room. There is a nice kitchen, it has all stuff. There are, unlimited internet, fully furnished and fully equiped with a TV, and a washing machine,dishwasher and all that, central heating ,cleaning lady comes once a week.
